SCDA Architects, one of the foremost Asian design houses based in Singapore, partnered with us to create Soori Highline. This development will redefine the Manhattan luxury experience and will be the first development in The United States to feature interior pools for each individual unit.

We believe there is a very strong and latent demand for a high-end luxury design experience that promotes strong absorption (lower risk) and high prices (superior returns).

This allows us to execute its projects on budget and on time.

Siras has developed and is currently developing over one million square feet of real estate in Manhattan, as well as working on over two million square feet in Construction Management.
