LOCATION

Where West Chelsea
Meets Hudson Yards

Siras Development had a vision of redefining luxury living in New York City.

To accomplish this goal, Siras used its extensive local knowledge and relationships to secure a 15,000 SF site in the iconic West Chelsea Highline which is part of Manhattan’s Gold Coast on the lower west side waterfront.

ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN

Design with Intention
and Purpose

A critical component of Siras vision was to build an oasis that featured both water elements and an expansive sense of space to create a true refuge in the city.

Siras teamed up with internationally recognized Soo K. Chan of SCDA architects to design a building that featured living spaces with 18 foot ceilings and individual swimming pools in the majority of the 30 units including 4 triplex penthouses in the sky, each with a rooftop pool.

EXECUTION

Managing the Process from
Concept to Completion

Unlike the majority of developers, Siras Development performs construction management in house allowing it to control both budget and timeline.

Siras also brings deep technical and engineering knowledge to bring inspirational architectural visions to life.  The Soori Highline is the first building in the United States to feature multiple pools in an urban high rise building.
